Kids of all ages love to play with these building blocks. Legos are educational toys and children benefit from it the longer they play with it. It is able to develop a child’s motor skills, creativity and imagination. It can also develop a child’s patience because the child builds the structure himself, no matter what it is. Legos do not build by themselves, the child with or without an adult would have to do it themselves. For babies, it usually just means learning to pick them up and releasing it. Children less than 3 years old should be given big Legos to play with and not the small ones that older kids can play with. In fact, you can usually find these toys in preschool and even toddler school. Expect that the younger the kid is, the bigger the Legos are.
